If you place a deposit on an animal at Rhatigan Farms you understand and agree the following terms:

 

All animals at Rhatigan Farms are raised in a caring humaine environment and given the best care possible. 

To hold a goat a $50 non-refundable deposit shall be paid as partial payment towards the animal.

After paying a deposit online, contact Rhatigan Farms to schedule a pickup date. Full balance is due at pickup or before transportation. Balance can be paid through Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Credit Card or cash.

Animal must be picked up within 48 hours of designated date, unless other arrangements have been made. If the animal has not been picked up by designated date, there will be a weekly boarding fee of $50. If you have not contacted Rhatigan Farms within 72 hours of pickup date, the animal will be considered forfeited and back up for sale, no refunds will be given.

We never knowingly sell any sick animals without disclosure of such. We do an all over health check before the animal leaves the premisis. Due to the stress of transportation and adjustment to new living conditions, or differences of feed and water we take no responsibility after the animal leaves the farm. We do not accept the return of animals due to strict bio security practices. We do not warrant animals. Animals are sold healthy, as is.
